The Domaine Chauveau is managed by Benoit and his wife Emmanuelle, who have vinified some superbe Sauvignon Blanc since the 19th century in their family estate.
They expanded the estate to manage a 45 acres Pouilly Fumé and Coteaux du Giennois vineyard.
Their daughter Lise has joined the Family Team therefore the name of their cuvée “Les Premiers Pas de Lise ” meaning her first steps as an agricultural engineer and oenologist.
This cuvée has been in a first fermentation for 10 days at low temperature to preserve all aromas and then stored in steel vats for 6 months.
