Purplish in colour with blue reflections, red berry fruit aromas with a mineral and spicy depth and ample on the palate, offering a wine full of charm.

From the beautiful winery Maison Sabadie. The house is located in the Languedoc in southern France. The area today has 400,000 hectares of vineyards, almost 1/3 of all French wines come from here.

This beautiful wine comes from Herault in the south of France, between Beziers and Agde. This wine can be served a little bit chilled. It is fruity and lively. At first you will have some red fruits notes, then comes a mineral touch and spicy. It is a blend

Soil: Volcanic

Serve: At room temperature. 16-18 °C

Pairing: Serve with grilled food, some cheese or even with pasta.
