Maison Sabadie Reserve Blanc (2020)

Attractive. Abundant freshness on the nose with aromas of ripe white fruit.

Wonderfully fresh with beautiful, bright yellow and green tones. Elegant on the nose with floral aromas, peach and apple. Refreshing in the mouth with fresh fruit and a balanced structure. From the beautiful winery Maison Sabadie. The house is located in the Languedoc in southern France. The area today has 400,000 hectares of vineyards, almost 1/3 of all French wines come from here.

This beautiful wine comes from Herault in the south of France, between Beziers and Agde. A very aromatic and lovely dry, full-bodied wine.

This is a blend composed of vermentino and colombard grapes.

You will find some notes of white fruits like the pineapple or grapefruit. Wonderful for the aperitif, can also be served with goat cheese, grilled fish or white meat.

Grape: 50% Colombard / 50% Vermentino

Soil: Volcanic

Serve: Chilled. 8-10°C.

Pairing: A great partner for Mediterranean fish or white meat.
