Les Vignerons d’Alignan du Vent cooperative embodies a spirit of innovation within Languedoc winemaking. Harvested and destmmed with care, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation, each plot vinified separately to preserve the nuanced expression of their terroirs. From this meticulous process emerges Domaines des Montarels’ Pinot Noir—a wine of light, purple-red hue, adorned with aromas of red cherries, kirsch, herbs, and vanilla.
