This barrel-aged Syrah epitomises the vineyard’s dedication to excellence, boasting a full-bodied and flavourful profile with a spicy twist. The barrel aging process enhances the wine, imparting delicate nuances of larded meat and sustained floral tones.
With a strikingly beautiful dark hue, the wine exudes an intense bouquet characterised by a harmonious blend of vanilla and woody notes, typical of Syrah’s varietal character. Aromas of liquorice and violet dance gracefully on the nose. On the palate, the wine unfolds with ample generosity, showcasing a solid tannic structure that adds depth and complexity to every sip.
