Fáda White Wexford Wine was born as a project in 2014 between friends and we are so proud of our final result.
Hard work and passion have managed the Irish climate so what you have in your glass is unique and IRISH whenever you close your eyes in County Wexford : the “Sunny” South East of Ireland , a meadow on the nose with hedgerows, wild flowers in the morning mist.
Then the second nose goes towards Irish apples and quince with a touch of lemon
The structure of the Fáda is like the new Ireland : elegant, sophisticated and very agreable to drink with 11% alcohol !!
