Our Fáda Wexford Wine Collection represents our Story with these 6 bottles :

• 1 bottle of our own Fáda Wexford Wine, 11% alcohol dry white wine from our Wexford vineyard, bright and vibrant with beautiful sweetness and acidity,
• 1 bottle of De Venoge Champagne ( where Arnaud the Wexford winemaker is from !!! ) from Epernay France with a perfect balance of 35 % Pinot Noir, 35 % Chardonnay and 30 % Pinot Meunier,
• 1 bottle of Rousette de Savoie – Altesse from Domaine Saint Germain where our friends winemakers Raphael and Louise are from ( the beautiful Alps ) with this Organic gourmet wine
• 1 bottle of Pouilly FuméLes Greffeux , Vintage 2022 , 100 % Sauvignon Blanc with minerality and depth to celebrate the Irish love for Sauvignon Blanc but also the closest white wine region from Wexford !!!
• 1 bottle of Chinon , Domaine Gouron Vintage 2021, 100 % Cabernet Franc with aromas of red fruits and peppers but also the closest Red wine region from Wexford !!!
• 1 bottle of Rosé Bandol, Les Vignerons de Cadiérenne Vintage 2021, with a velvety texture / depth and complexity, from the Sunny South East of France because Fáda Wexford is also from the Sunny South East!!
