SABLET is a pretty village beside Gigondas, Southern half of the Rhone’s Valley with 740 acres of vineyards. Its sandy and rocky soils have excellent drainage qualities which strenghens the vines.
Producer : Domaine Chamfort is run by an impressive young winemaker from Portugal Vasco Perdigao with 40 acres of excellent vineyards. He has fully integrated the lifestyle of the Southern Rhone and his different wines full of awards develop a varied palate of different tastes !!!
Wine Description : This wine is very soft and elegant with a smooth texture. Nice bouquet of red berries first, black berries and a hint of pepper. Admirable combination between the fruit aromas, finesse and freshness on the palate
