Grapes variety: 100% Chenin

Coteaux du Layon is a mellow and sweet wine produced by Christian Cousin in the Maine et Loire department.  Pale yellow, this nectar with a precious perfumed and suave beverage is a small miracle.

Food pairing: Due to its smoothness, it is a wine that should be drunk very fresh.  It will go perfectly with foie gras, smoked salmon, blue-veined cheeses, peaches, apricots, chocolate desserts.
