This bottle comes from Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, near the mountain of Aÿ, which is planted exclusively with the Pinot Noir grape. Maison Lallier is one of the most prestigious producers in the city, located a few meters from the Maison Bollinger. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it is delicious as an aperitif but it can also accompany your meals.
