Grape Variety : Pinot Noir
A classicly sophisticated French red wine that sings and enchants. Thevines of Haute Côtes de Beaune grow on the south and south east facing slopes of valleys cut into the limestones plateaus
Producer : Domaine Régnard bought their first vineyard fields just after World War I and uses Pinot Noir vines of 25 to 60 years old . Long vinification and then in oak barrel for 12 months .
Wine Description : The colour is light purple. This wine develops aromas of Morello cherries and raspberries, and when aged a few years, it reminds you of cool undergrowth at the beginning of spring. The mouth is round and generous, it can be served at 16°C and also decanted 2 hours before serving. It’s a great wine all year round!
