Born from the union of the wine-growers cooperatives of Alignan du Vent and Neffiès, a partnership forged in August 2009, this winery embodies a new era in Languedoc viticulture—a testament to the dedication and innovation of its founders. Through meticulous efforts in the vineyard and vinification process, they have unlocked the full potential of their terroir, offering a diverse range of wines that showcase the richness and complexity of the region.

Drawing upon the synergies between the two cooperatives, the winery proudly presents a diverse array of offerings: from IGP Pays d’Oc to IGP Côtes de Thongue, and from AOP Languedoc to AOP Languedoc Pézenas, there’s something to delight every palate.

Enter a full-bodied, low-acid white wine crafted from Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier grapes, sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of southern France. This cuvée exudes elegance and finesse, with a symphony of aromas that tantalise the senses. Mirabelle plums, exotic fruits, and delicate white flowers mingle with hints of honey, nuttiness, and buttery richness.

In the glass, it pours forth a beautiful and brilliant pale yellow, kissed with hints of green—a visual prelude to the sensory journey ahead. The nose is intense, offering a bouquet of white flowers interwoven with exotic fragrances of vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate, it enchants with its supple roundness and wonderful elegance, while the subtle woodiness adds depth and volume. All of this is balanced by a refreshing acidity that provides a backbone of freshness, ensuring a harmonious and memorable tasting experience.
