Do you charge for wine delivery?
There is a standard €7.50 charge for our wine delivery service anywhere in Ireland, and you will receive your beautiful French wines straight to your door. We offer free delivery on orders of €100 and above!
We are also proud to be able to offer free delivery to addresses within a 15 km radius of Gorey town, close to our la cave!
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, our wine delivery service extends to Northern Ireland and the charge for this is €18 per order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 1-3 working days. For our customers in Northern Ireland, it may take up to five days to receive your special wine gift.
However, if orders are placed before 1pm, we aim to have it delivered to you promptly, and you may receive next day delivery depending on your location.
Is there a minimum order when using the La Kav Wines online wine shop?
There is a minimum order of four bottles – a great reason to explore our beautiful collection of La Kav Wines even further!
Yes, we offer gift vouchers and special wine gift sets, ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and corporate gifts. Send us your personalised message while placing your order and we will ensure that this is enclosed with your beautiful gift!

I’ve changed my mind about my order. Can I amend it?
Yes, you can amend your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 085 259 8711.

I have received my order, but I want to return one of the bottles. Is that possible?
We are happy to accept wine returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our best to accommodate you if you change your mind about the wine you have received. We can refund you for any bottles which you return to us, provided they have not been opened, tampered with, damaged and are returned in saleable condition with labels intact. Any costs incurred to return the wine must be paid by the customer. You have 30 days to return the bottles from the date of delivery. Full refund is available for the items returned, or you can choose alternative bottles as replacements. To organise returns, please email us directly email@example.com.
